About Me

Fitness has always been part of my life, from 5-a-side football to squash. But in 2019, things shifted. During a tough time, I needed something to focus on and entered the Bath half Marathon, having only ever run as far as 10K.

That challenge gave me real purpose and focus. Working with a brilliant personal trainer, I discovered that strength and conditioning were just as importatnt as running. The benefits were clear, physically and mentally. Training became something I genuinely enjoyed, and I grew curious about the “why” behind each session.

Since then, running has become a passion. I’ve completed various 10Ks and half marathons, and six years later, I’ve made the exciting leap into a new career, helping others find a fitness routine that truly fits their life.
